Design Build Solutions has been serving the Northern California area for over 25 years with innovative and creative Design solutions. We work closely with our clients to actualize their ideas and ensure that they have an active role in the creative process every step of the way. Our experience in all phases of design and coordination make the completion of your project easier from start to finish.

Consultation

The first consultation is always free and we make sure to give you honest and objective solutions/feedback for your project.

Consultation is an important first step. This gives us the opportunity to find out what your dreams are, and what aspects are attainable literally and financially. At this initial consult, we will assess the layout of your site and any infrastructure, discuss your wish list(s) and ideas, and review all options that are within your budget-making cost-saving suggestions as needed.

Design

The FUN starts here!! After drawing a to-scale layout of your yard, and existing features, we will sit down with you to explore where your design priorities should go. We will examine circulation, features, focal interest, and potential materials, to name a few. From this point, we will gather product information, availability and feasibility from vendors specific to your site. Then we will assemble all this information into a cohesive design for your review. Whether you are looking to revamp an existing part of your yard, create a small grotto for your hot tub, or to completely recreate your entire yard, Design Build Solutions is here to help! No project is too small or large for us. Every project we do for our clients is a Custom Design! Whether it be a conceptual sketch, schematic design, or complete construction documents, we can provide you with the right tools to attain your dreams! We utilize AutoCAD program for digital design work, and can produce hand sketches as well. All geared around your desires and budget. Our objective is to establish your goals, then formulate how to achieve them.

Additional Services Available

Contractors/Referrals: We have a list of Contractors for various trades, and can assist you in your selection process. Likewise, we can assist you in vetting a contractor that is not on our list.

Estimates/Bugets: We can assist with the Estimation phase, to ensure you have a realistic view of what your project will costs, as well as your overall budget. This step also allows you to determine which contractors and vendors to choose in the construction phase of your project.

Construction Management: Design Build Solutions is a General Contractor and can provide Construction Management of your project to make sure everything goes according to plan and within budget. Likewise, DBS can work with the Home Owner who wants to manage their own project by offering advice or directing them to specific entities for further assistance.
Sean Eiselt is a licensed General Contractor (Lic No 973334), and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA.
